Drawing from the pop, rock and classic AOR of the 1980s, 'Four More Reasons Why' captures the spirit of an era when melodies ruled the radio, guitar solos soared and songs were built to last.
 

Written and produced by Scott van Dort in Stockholm, the 4-song EP brings together vocal-driven pop-rock, melodic guitars and synth textures, reflecting the sound and songwriting sensibilities that inspired Star Vision.
 

'Four More Reasons Why' followed the 2023 debut EP, 'Another Time, Another Place', marking a further evolution of the Star Vision sound. The first single, 'From Out of Nowhere', was released on 16 February 2024, ahead of the EP's release the following month. Following the EP release, an acoustic version of 'From Out of Nowhere' was released 5 July 2024.

 

'Four More Reasons Why' was released on 12" vinyl in December 2025, which is available via the shop.

Recording and Production
 

'Four More Reasons Why' was recorded and produced by Scott van Dort in Stockholm, Sweden.

It was then sent to mixer Stefan Boman (Roxette, The Hellacopters, kent) for mixing at the legendary Atlantis Studios in Stockholm, Sweden.

 

The EP was mastered by Tony Lindgren (Billie Eilish, Opeth, Enslaved) at Fascination Street Studios in Örebro, Sweden.
